Whistleblower Protection Act
The Whistleblower Protection Act has been in force in Germany since July 2, 2023. Since then, companies with more than 250 employees have been obliged to implement the new law. Companies with 50 or more employees had until December 17, 2023 to implement the law. The law obliges companies to set up an internal reporting office to protect whistleblowers. This is intended to protect people who want to point out wrongdoing from reprisals. Anyone who fails to act or makes mistakes in implementing the law risks fines of up to EUR 50,000.

notice.d offers a whistleblowing software that helps organizations to report and handle legal and ethical violations internally to improve compliance.
Our whistleblowing software allows users to submit information anonymously without revealing their identity. We rely on a mechanism in which the whistleblower submits an issue and then receives a ticket number and a code that allows access to the ticket at any time. The ticket number is generated when the ticket is created and displayed on the screen. User-related data of the whistleblower is therefore not stored in the database.
Our whistleblowing software is hosted and managed exclusively on European servers. With notice.d, any number of whistleblowers can submit their reports. The number of case handlers and case managers depends on the desired subscription.
German and English are currently available as languages. However, other languages can easily be integrated.
